​​In September 2023 Madeleine finally met her icon at the AO arena in Manchester and it was then stood right next to Shania herself and with an audience of around 20,000 people in attendance that Madeleine's  partner Mat popped the question! After the initial shock (and a yes to Mat) Shania then told the newly engaged couple

"I will specifically dedicate this next song to you both, and went on to add to Madeleine "I'm happy you said yes Congratulations!"​

​The song of course was From This Moment.​​

The very night before Madeleine had won the title Overall Best Tribute at the National Entertainment Awards with her tribute to Shania Twain and later that year went on win a second award in the NEA Final. Madeleine has since gone on to perform at the Indigo at O2 in London and along with another scheduled performance at the Indigo at O2 in 2025  has also been chosen by the National Entertainment Awards to represent the UK in the entertainment capital of the world LAS VEGAS in October 2026.

​​Madeleine has always endeavoured to be as authentic as possible in the recreation of both the look and sound of Shania so after a chance meeting leaving the 2023 Manchester concert with the designer that made Shania's outfit for that particular concert Madeleine commissioned him to make her the very same one which includes some of the original fabric cuts and you cant get more closer to the detail than that!
